Copy of Raphaël's painting "Madonna in an armchair" ("Madonna della seggiola", 1514, Pitti Gallery, Florence). Polychrome porcelain, carved wood frame, gilded with gold leaf. Italy, late 19th century.
Dimensions 50 x 50 cm.
Inscriptions on the reverse of the porcelain plate (artist's initials, names and dates of life of the owners, store label, inscription concerning the purchase of the painting in 1913 in Italy).
