1. Object : Any purchase made in the Antik-France online store automatically implies acceptance of the following general terms and conditions, notwithstanding any different or contrary general terms and conditions of the buyer, which are expressly waived in advance and without reservation by him.

2. Rate The price and availability mentioned are guaranteed, subject to full payment. Shipping costs will be quoted separately.
As a professional seller, we systematically issue a detailed invoice with full legal value.

3. Transportation When Antik-France does not handle the shipping itself, it entrusts it to a service provider, which may also act as a customs broker. This is primarily the French postal service, La Poste, via its Colissimo service, or another European postal service. For international deliveries, European postal services entrust packages to their local partners. Thus, within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the distance and time of year, the packages are transported and delivered directly to the recipients against signature. The recipient does not have to pay anything upon delivery.
In some cases, at the express request of its clients, Antik-France may have to entrust this transport to other operators.

4. The cost of transport Shipping costs may vary depending on the type of items (metal or textiles) and their total volume. We also offer our customers the option to purchase and pay for their items, which we will then ship together to minimize shipping costs.

5. Payment Terms The payment methods are those offered on the website: Credit card, PayPal, SEPA transfer, or possibly bank check. In the latter case, delivery or shipment will only take place two weeks after the check has cleared.

6. Responsibility of Antik-France : By buying from Antik-France.fr you are buying from a professional.
This ensures a risk-free purchase, with a guarantee on the item's characteristics, qualities, and age. The items we offer for sale perfectly match their descriptions. However, they are not new; they have most often been used and have a history.
It is not unusual for them to show signs of wear. They have been cleaned, and if they have undergone restoration, this is indicated in their description.
They are generally unique and unfortunately irreplaceable, which is why we attach particular importance to their packaging.
Antik-France always tries to show any potential flaws in the photos. If they are not clearly visible, please do not hesitate to ask us for more photos so you can make an informed purchase.
They are packed with the utmost care in extremely resistant packaging to allow them to travel safely.
In all cases we ask our customers to be extremely vigilant when receiving their package and to report in writing any anomaly (traces of dropping or opening, tears, etc.) on the slip that they will be asked to sign.
It is even strongly advised, when possible, to take photos before opening and after opening and send them to us with a copy of the receipt stating this report.
Without a report, no claim will have a chance of resulting in a refund from the carrier.
In all cases, Antik-France's liability is limited to the reimbursement of the purchase price and its transport.

7. Data security and confidentiality : Under no circumstances does Antik-France have access to the financial data of its customers and in particular to bank card data because transactions are always carried out on sites specializing in this field and ensuring total protection of the personal data of our customers, (GDPR), data to which we never have access.

8. Returns In the event of a clear error on our part, particularly an inaccurate description, returns are accepted within two weeks in identical packaging and via the same shipping method as the original shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The refund will be issued upon receipt using the same payment method as the original payment.

9. Communication We offer for sale items that we admire and respect. We describe and photograph them with the utmost honesty. We sincerely hope that you will feel the same emotions we do when opening your packages. If this is not the case, please do not hesitate to call us to discuss it.

10. Intellectual Property ANTIK-FRANCE designed and developed this website for its own business activities. Without the written permission of ANTIK-FRANCE, copying any elements of the site, even partial, or imitating the ANTIK-FRANCE website or its functionalities in a way that could mislead customers is unacceptable and will inevitably lead to legal action.

11. Disputes : In case of dispute, only the Commercial Court of Poitiers has jurisdiction even if there is multiple defendants or a third-party claim.
